METRO warrants to the original registered purchaser that the METRO Mobility Scooter will be free from defects in materials and workmanship for a period of one year from the date of purchase.

The original registered purchaser of this mobility scooter, subsequent owners, and all other intended and unintended users of this bicycle are not entitled to recover any consequential or incidental damages from the METRO e-bike. No warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose is made. The warranty is not transferable and applies only to the original owner. This warranty gives you specific rights, and the purchaser may also have other rights which may vary from state to state. Damage caused by failure to follow instructions in the manual, force majeure, accident, misuse, negligence, abuse, commercial use, alteration, modification, improper assembly, installation of parts or accessories not intended or compatible with the METRO sold, operator error, water damage or improper subsequent maintenance are not covered by this warranty. Warranted parts are shipped in the continental United States only.

One-Year Limited Warranty

Half-Year limited Warranty

METRO brand provides a six-month warranty on batteries.

Return Policy

Your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging to be eligible for a return. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. To start a return, you can contact us at service@metromobility.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as the instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

We will refund you within 1 business day once we’ve received and inspected your return. We do not charge any additional fees for the return of product quality issues. You’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

For non-quality returns, you will be responsible for return costs. We will also charge you a 2% handling fee for the refund. Thanks for your understanding.

Standard ground shipping is FREE for all orders in the continental United States. Delivery to the following states is not supported: PR, AK, HI, GU, AA, AE, and AP. Orders ship via Federal Express or UPS.

Please note that although our products are shipped from our U.S. warehouse, they are actually manufactured in our China factory and the products are shipped from China to the United States.

The equipment may need to be partially or minimally disassembled in some situations, if deemed necessary, to better safeguard the object. Due to variations in variables like volume and weight, packaging methods for different products may differ, therefore please refer to the actual box you receive.
